Maiano Pisano e De Vito & Partners originated in 1961 with the opening in Rome of the first Italian office of Graham & James, a US law firm based in San Francisco. The Milan office was opened the following year. In 1981, Paolo G. Pisano, a Resident Partner of Graham & James since its inception, together with Paolo De Vito, Maurizio Maiano and Antonio Catucci, also members of Graham & James, established the firm of PISANO, DE VITO, MAIANO & CATUCCI, now renamed Maiano Pisano e De Vito & Partners following the retirement of Mr. Pisano after more 60 years of professional activity and who will continue to cooperate with the firm as of counsel. The firm has offices in Milan and Rome, and through an alliance with a selected network of international law firms, offer direct assistance to clients throughout Europe and the United States.
